We passed the bill that gave union rights to WMS employees. WFSE members spoke up for our jobs, families, and communities during the 2023 Legislative Session—and successfully worked with WMS employees to pass

Informational Town Hall: Tuesday 9/19 at 6pm

After winning our collective bargaining rights, WMS members launched the WMS Employees Association or WMSEA, a new union, and WMS staff at more than 20 agencies have started organizing. We now have the right to a seat at the bargaining table to negotiate over our priorities. Join WMSEA members and WFSE staff for a Town Hall to learn more about the union rights we’ve won and our path forward.
